Another successful event for Rutland Business Network

The recent Rutland Business Network, which took place on Tuesday 5th September, was hailed a big success, by businesses, partners and organisers!

Rutland Business Network is a networking group which first took place in February 2023. The latest Networking Evening welcomed over 50 attendees from various sectors across the county to the impressive Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa with speakers sharing relevant, interesting information.

This event is organised and ran by Hegarty Solicitors, one of the first members of Rutland Chamber of Commerce and Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa. Paul Green, Head of Membership at Rutland Chamber of Commerce continues to host the event and was delighted to welcome Andy Nisevic of One Degree Training & Coaching for his first keynote talk. His talk Leadership 101: Leading with Integrity explored how leaders can be authentically themselves, while adapting to different situations.

Paul commented “We were delighted with the turnout to the event, and the content of the evening. Businesses were not only informed on how to lead effectively, but also had the opportunity to meet like-minded people which has been a key objective since the event was first run.

“Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa is a fantastic setting, and we are grateful to all the team there and at Hegarty Solicitors for making us feel so welcome.

“As the Rutland Chamber of Commerce evolves, we are committed to giving our members greater support and opportunity. This was the first Rutland Business Network supported by Rutland Chamber of Commerce, and we look forward to seeing how we can get involved with the event in the foreseeable future.”

Rutland Business Network aims to provide the opportunity for local businesses in Rutland and surrounding areas to come together, connect and build their local network. This event has rapidly gained a reputation for a great buzz in the room and amazing food.
