Read MoreWhat is “Your Business Boost”?
Your Business Boost is a fully funded business support programme designed to help those in Retail, Hospitality and Leisure achieve their business ambitions.
Watch an introduction video here.
How does it work?
Your Business Boost is a cohort-based programme, meaning that you’ll be working with your peers. However there is also the chance for some 1-2-few and 1-2-1 support.
The programme starts with a group session bringing all participants together; from there participants can access masterclasses on subjects such as Marketing, HR, Sales and also receive more bespoke support through 1-2-few sessions and 1-2-1 support with a subject expert.
Each participant is assigned a ‘Your Business Boost’ advisor who will work with them throughout the programme to ensure that they access the support that is right for them.
The final group session brings everyone back together to create action plans for their businesses, share learnings and set ambitious goals for the future.
What will a business get out of it?
Businesses who have attended this programme previously have said:
“The programme was very informative, and it was useful talking to other business owners as you did not feel alone in your challenges” – Ace Tones Entertainment
“The programme was thought provoking and gave you a boost to get on with it. There was lots of very helpful information & now have lots of plans. It was enjoyable, fun and great to meet other businesses” – Arial Trail
“Found it really beneficial – took pages and pages of notes and lots of screen grabs which I am rolling into things that I disseminate to my team” Holivans
Who is able to attend?
Anyone who owns, or works for, a business in the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors in Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland, excluding those who are in Boston, East Lindsey and South Holland.
You’ll need to have less than 5 full-time permanent employees – but you might have a workforce bigger that is made up of casual staff; or you might be a sole trader.
This programme is suitable for business owners, or those in a business who are able to influence the direction of the business and have some input into the business achieving goals and ambition.
How long is the programme?
The programme takes 8-weeks to complete – each week has approximately 3 hours of learning opportunities for participants to access.
When does it start?
The first cohort starts on Wednesday 18th October; there are five further cohorts scheduled through to March 2025.
