Andy Morris has been at the forefront of hospitality procurement throughout his career, with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. Beginning his journey as an Executive Head Chef, Andy progressed into senior leadership roles including Group Food & Beverage Controller for leading hospitality companies.

For the past 18+ years, Andy has specialised in hospitality procurement, working with one of the UK’s largest organisations before joining Enhance Hospitality.

He has been with Enhance for 10 years driving growth to now managing over £65m of client spending per annum.

Today, he leads the delivery of bespoke procurement solutions for clients across the UK – from the Scottish Highlands to the South Coast – helping businesses balance cost efficiency with quality, consistency, and supplier relationships.

Andy brings unrivalled insight, practical advice, and real-world examples tailored specifically to the hospitality and events sector.
