Letters of Credit Training

This course is suitable for those working in International Trade and are involved in the management and presentation of Letters of Credit.

The half day online workshop will cover the five main types of payment for exports, from advance payment to open account, including Sight Documentary Collection, Term Documentary Collection and Documentary Letters of Credit. It includes the use of Bills of Exchange with and without documents.

The workshop will also concentrate on the Letter of Credit aspect, guiding you through the rules of managing a letter of credit, making sure documents are compliant and payment is successful.

The session will also give delegates a better understanding of how important it is to get it right first time avoiding delayed payment of goods exported.
